How does the free tier work?

The Scout plan is completely free forever. You get the manual search with ALL of Upwork's filters, 30 searches a month, and a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 jobs. Scheduled monitoring, AI profile matching and webhook delivery are paid features.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard and you won't be charged again.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record — Dodo Payments is the legal seller on the transaction, and "Dodo Payments" is what appears on your statement. Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is calculated and added by Dodo Payments at checkout, and shown to you before you confirm.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing saves 40%: Signal is $29/month or $209/year, and First Responder is $69/month or $497/year. Forty percent off either way. You can switch between monthly and annual from your dashboard at any time.
